Borrower Payment Disclosure

Please carefully review the following terms before proceeding with payment for appraisal services provided by AMC Encore LLC.

Non-Refundable Appraisal Fees

Please be aware that all appraisal fees are non-refundable. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that once the appraisal service has been requested and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued after the completion of the appraisal assignment.

Authorization and Agreement to Terms

By utilizing the services of AMC Encore LLC (“AMC Encore”}, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

AMC Encore is authorized to collect payments on your behalf for appraisal services.

Your lending institution has required you to obtain an appraisal of real property as part of your loan application process.

AMC Encore has been contracted by your lender to facilitate payment and to provide instructions to the appraiser for performing the real property appraisal.

Payment Responsibilities

In some cases, you may designate a loan officer or another individual to handle the payment for appraisal services.

Even if you designate someone else to make the payment, you remain fully bound by this agreement. If you are a loan officer or another individual making the payment on behalf of the borrower, you are equally bound by the terms of this agreement as if you were the party required to obtain the appraisal.

Assignment and Finality of Charges

Once payment is collected, the request is forwarded to the appraisal management company, which assigns an appraiser to complete the appraisal.

You agree that all charges for appraisal services, including those processed by AMC Encore, are final and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that the appraiser will provide an independent valuation of the property and that there is no guarantee of a specific value in the appraisal report.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments for services rendered cannot be offset or withheld for any reason.

The use of a credit or debit card to make the payment does not grant you the right to cancel or dispute charges once payment has been processed.

Additionally, payment for appraisal services does not guarantee loan approval or any commitment from the lending institution.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
